During the design phase, we take into account project feasibility; go through a pre-design stage, arrange and handle the project administration and deal with important contracts and documents.
- We coordinate, supervise and manage the planning, and development. As well as assist in acquiring financing, construction, and completion of the project and all communications between the owner, the architect(s), consultants and the contractors.
- Project Feasibility
- If required our manager will take the lead in identifying, negotiating, retaining, contracting (at owner’s expense), engaging and coordinating the services of all necessary design and technical sub-consultants for the project. Including but not limited to the architects, engineers, interior designers, specialist design consultants, contractors, construction cost consulting/estimating firm, accountants, and law firms etc., who shall be responsible for assisting in the development of the project.

Entitlement / Land Development / Building Permit Phase
Make application for or complete and execute, (at owner’s expense), all consents, permits, approvals, applications and authorizations required pursuant to applicable zoning or other laws with respect to the project and use commercially reasonable efforts to secure or cause to be secured (with the cooperation of owner) such approvals and authorizations necessary for the completion of the project.
Sourcing, qualifying, selecting and negotiating subcontractors/vendors. Also, establishing a bid strategy and due date and handle all contract negotiations.
